November 27th
“Frozen” This new animated feature from Walt Disney Animation Studios stars the voices of Kristin Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad and is based on Hans Christian Anderson’s 1845 fairy tale “The Snow Queen.” Rated PG

December 13th
“The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” The second installment of Peter Jackson’s Hobbit trilogy, a prequel to “The Lord of the Rings”, marks the return of Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), the wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) and the 13 elves as they continue their journey by entering the Kingdom of Erebor. Rated PG-13

December 20th
“Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” The sequel to 2004’s “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy” sees the return of Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) and the rest of the Channel 4 news team as they head to 1980’s New York to work at a 24-hour cable news channel. Rated PG-13

“Saving Mr. Banks” Tom Hanks stars as Walt Disney in the early 1960’s as he tries to acquire the film rights to “Mary Poppins” from Australian author P.L. Travers (Emma Thompson). Rated PG-13

December 25th
“The Wolf of Wall Street” Directed by Martin Scorsese, the film tells the true story of stockbroker Jordan Belfort (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his rise and fall. Costars include Matthew McConaughey and Jonah Hill. Rated R

“The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” The second film adaptation of James Thurber’s 1939 short story about a daydreaming man lost in his own fantasies. This new version is directed by Ben Stiller, who also stars in the title role. The film also stars Sean Penn and Kristen Wiig. Rated PG
